In order to meet the needs of relevant agencies for obtaining qualification certificates for various personnel, it is convenient to make relevant preparations including license applications, examination appointments and other preparations in advance. Under the premise of meeting the requirements of the national epidemic prevention and control normalization work, make full use of the remaining time of this year and try our best to After careful study, our association has decided to make corresponding adjustments to the examination plan that was formulated but not announced at the beginning of the year. We hereby notify and explain the arrangements for the qualification assessment and certification activities for various types of special equipment inspection and testing personnel across the country in 2020. as follows:

1. Examination items involved in this year’s qualification assessment and certification activities

Various types of special equipment inspectors, inspectors, non-destructive testing level III personnel and Some examination items for Level II personnel (see the attachment for specific examination items).

2. Registration methods, procedures and related instructions

(1) Submission and acceptance of qualification license applications

In accordance with the regulations of the State Administration for Market Regulation on the qualification licensing procedures for special equipment inspection and testing personnel, applicants should first submit a license application in the "Special Equipment Inspection and Testing Personnel Licensing System" ( http://ryxk.cnse.gov.cn ), Only after the application is approved can you make an appointment with our association for the exam. Due to the tight schedule this year, relevant units and personnel in need are requested to process this as soon as possible.

(2) Exam appointment

After the license application is accepted, the applicant should make an appointment for the examination on our association’s website ( http://www.casei.org.cn ) as soon as possible and obtain approval. Due to the impact of the epidemic, the time for each examination project to be implemented this year is short (only 5 months remain until the end of the year). In order to ensure that each examination project is reasonably arranged, easy to prepare, and implemented as scheduled as the epidemic prevention and control situation allows, therefore The deadline for reservations for certification examinations for all projects this year (including those with expired certificates) is July 31. Overdue applications will no longer be accepted.

The specific steps for making an exam appointment are as follows:

1. Click " Registration for Inspection and Testing Personnel Examination " on the homepage and log in to the " Inspection and Testing Personnel Management System " (hereinafter referred to as the "Management System");

2. After logging in, select " My Exam Management - Exam Plan View " to apply for an exam appointment for the application project.

3. The examination appointment application will be reviewed within 15 working days after submission . If the system shows that the application status is " Approved " , the exam reservation procedure is completed; if the application status is " Approved " , it needs to be resubmitted based on the reasons for failure and approved.

4. Relevant matters needing attention:

( 1 ) Material submission and review: Applicants should submit or confirm witness materials consistent with the accepted license application (such as professional title certificates, academic certificates, low-level qualification certificates, etc.) according to the system prompts when making an exam appointment, and verify all You are responsible for the authenticity of the submitted information.

( 2 ) Academic qualification verification: Since our association has opened the " Academic Qualification Verification " function in the "Management System" , it is recommended to conduct academic qualification verification in a timely manner before making an appointment for the exam. After passing the verification, applicants applying for other examinations do not need to submit witness materials with equivalent academic qualifications, and there is no need to bring the original witness materials for on-site verification.

( 3 ) On-site verification: Those who are unable to verify their academic qualifications should bring the original witness materials such as professional title certificates and academic certificates to the examination site, and the examination agency will verify their consistency and authenticity with the witness materials in the "Management System". If you are inconsistent or do not meet the requirements, you will not be allowed to take the exam.

( 4 ) Appointment time limit: The examination appointment application is valid for the current year. If the examination appointment deadline is exceeded, the examination plan for this year cannot be reserved. Please reschedule the examination according to the corresponding examination plan in the next year.

( 5 ) Make-up exam regulations: Those who meet the conditions for make-up exams should make exam appointments in time and take the corresponding exams. Those who have successfully made an appointment but failed to take the exam may lose the opportunity to make up the exam according to the time limit for administrative licensing. Those who fail to take the exam in the current year must participate in the make-up exam the following year, otherwise they will lose the opportunity to take the make-up exam.

(3) Examination result inquiry

The examination results will be announced on the association's website within 20 working days after the examination . At that time, applicants can log in to the "Management System" for inquiries.

(4) Certificate mailing

Applicants can check the mailing status of relevant certificates in the "Management System" 40 working days after the date of announcement of the examination results.

3. Relevant instructions

(1) According to the dynamic development and changes of national epidemic prevention and control, once the epidemic prevention and control situation stabilizes, our association will quickly determine the specific time and location of each examination event based on the examination plan and personnel registration status in a short period of time. Matters will be announced in the examination notice for each project. Due to time factors, the release time of the examination notice for the corresponding activities may be closer to the examination date. Participants are asked to understand and make travel arrangements in a timely manner. At the same time, pay close attention to relevant notices on our association's website and WeChat official account.

(2) If the applicant is unable to participate in the corresponding scheduled examination activities as scheduled due to his or her own reasons and the list is announced in the holding notice, the examination appointment for this year will become invalid. If the applicant needs to continue to take the examination, he or she can make a new examination appointment in the next year. .

(3) Due to the special circumstances this year, participants have tight time to prepare for the exam. Therefore, relevant personnel are requested to arrange their work reasonably, strengthen their own knowledge accumulation and reserves, make full use of various online training platforms, actively prepare for the exam, and do all the preparations before the exam.
