Computer image evaluation and management for one-stop work

Applicability: Non destructive testing of tube plate welds for heat exchangers in boilers, thermal power plants, etc. Quality monitoring can be carried out on the produced heat exchangers, as well as maintenance and evaluation of the heat exchangers in use.

Introduction: A one-stop computer digital imaging system that completely replaces traditional film imaging. Compared with the traditional technology, the system has significantly improved performance, and can be used for metal weld detection (such as steel, aluminum or titanium alloy) with pipe diameter up to 40mm. I have 8 years of practical application experience in various fields, including image quality and system reliability processing.
